Oncology Data Specialist - Certified

Job Summary

Abstracting oncology data in compliance with state and national standards. Position is 100% remote. Casefinding and follow-up duties are considered on a contract-to-contract basis.

Team Leader, Professional Services

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Professional Services, the Team Leader provides quality control activity, basic report writing, and tracks productivity activity for certified and non-certified cancer registrars on the Professional Services team. This individual is responsible for ensuring the abstracting team is meeting quality standards, meeting productivity standards, and ensuring the data submitted to the state and NCDB are compliant. He or she will also play a role in abstraction, casefinding, and follow-up on an as-needed basis.

Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team and assist clients in utilizing our OncoLog Cancer Registry software. If you are passionate about cancer data abstraction and client support, we want to hear from you!

Certified Casefinder

Job Summary

We are currently hiring ONLY Certified Casefinders for our Professional Services team. Our Professional Services team offers abstracting services to our clients to catch up on abstracting backlogs, temporarily supplement current staff, or provide a more permanent solution through outsourcing. We are accepting applications from newly certified Oncology Data Specialists for case finding positions.

Manager, Abstracting Services

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director of Professional Services, or their designee, the Manager, Abstracting Services directs and supervises all aspects of Abstracting Services to ensure that contract obligations are met, and client expectations for data quality, timeliness and completeness are exceeded.
